Our Prebiotic Fibres

5g soluble fibre from 3 sources.
  • Organic Acacia Fibre
  • Green Banana Resistant Starch
  • Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum
Acacia is naturally mild and easy to take daily. It dissolves smoothly and is known for being one of the more stomach-friendly fibres.

Resistant starch 'resists' digestion and reaches the lower gut, where it’s used by beneficial bacteria to support natural satiety signalling in the gut.

PHGG is a highly soluble, low-grit fibre that mixes cleanly and is considered a highly tolerable low FODMAP fibre.

A balanced 600mg blend of sodium, potassium and magnesium.

We’ve chosen Celtic Sea Salt in honour of our Irish roots and for its naturally occurring mineral profile.

Magnesium bisglycinate is selected for its high bioavailability and gentle nature, making it less likely to cause digestive discomfort.
